We do not publish a licence number we have not issued, or a FINMA certificate PDF that is not on this site. Jurisdiction fit is part of KYC. If we cannot cover you, we decline.
AML/KYC follows Swiss rules and FATF-aligned practice. Privacy follows the Swiss DPA and, where it applies, GDPR. The live commercial is the term sheet, not these pages.
